This page explains what REFLEX collects when you join the list and what happens to it. REFLEX is a brand of Hangar 327, Inc.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your name, if you choose to give it.
- Where you came from: the page that sent you here, any tracking tags on the link (like utm_source=tiktok), the page you landed on and which signup form you used.
- Your referral code, and the code of the friend who sent you, if there was one.
- When you joined.
- If you use the contact form: your message, and the name and email you give with it.
- To stop automated signups, we keep a scrambled code made from your network address for one day, then delete it. We never store the address itself.
What we use it for
- We'll email you about REFLEX, since that's what you signed up for. Every email will have a way to unsubscribe.
- We count the friends who join through your link, so we know who earned a referral reward.
- We look at where signups come from, so we know which places are worth our time.
- If you gave us your name, we use it to say hi.
Referrals
When you join, you get a share link with your referral code in it. When a friend joins through it, your count goes up. You see a count of friends who joined, never who they are. Your code doesn't contain your name or your email.
Where it's kept
Your signup, and any message you send through the contact form, is stored in our database at Supabase. Vercel hosts this site. We use Vercel Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, and it never gets your name or email. This site has no ad pixels or ad trackers. We send email through Resend. It gets your email address only to send our emails, and your message and name too if you write to us through the contact form.
Who we share it with
The list is never sold. We share your information only with the services above that run the site and the list, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the list.
Your choices
To get a copy of what we have on you, or to have it changed or deleted, email hello@reflexhanger.com.
If you unsubscribe, we keep a note of it so we never email you again.
Children's privacy
This site and our list are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child joined, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes too.
